Cancelation and Return Policy
Cancellation can be done within 12 hours after ordering and a full refund will be made which might take 6-7 business days.
We here at Nimble take every effort to meet your expectations and make you satisfied. Even still, if there is any mistake from our side you can return the product within 1 week of receiving the product and you will get a full refund. Please note that the product should be in the same condition we delivered to you. Once you return we will verify the condition of the product by determining the usage of it post this refund. This process might take 7-10
days business days to complete.
In case of getting the wrong product delivered to you, contact us through our helpline number or mail. We will accept your return and you will get the original product in exchange or a full refund if requested by you.
Refund might not be applicable to some of the products. If so, it will be mentioned below the product.
We appreciate you reading all the cancelation and return policies once before purchasing the product. Purchase is only processed post to when you accept all terms and conditions.
Note- In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.
In case of return, if the product is not in the same condition as delivered to you or further damaged/ used then the return request is denied.
